12th Annual Chili For Charity
The Rotary Club of Winter Park is holding the 12th annual Chili for Charity event on Friday, February 24, 2023, from 5 p.m. – 9p.m. at the Winter Park Events Center located at 1050 W Morse Blvd, Winter Park, FL 32789. Enjoy Winter Park chefs’ unique chilis and fixings, live entertainment, and bid on amazing silent auction items from local venues and events, to vacations from around the world. Funds raised support the Rotary Club of Winter Park Charitable Foundation’s grants to local charities and non-profits.
Tickets are available on-line now and the on-line auction opens February 16, 2022, at 11 a.m. Auction items will feature luxury trips, vacation get-a-ways, local attractions, restaurants, theater tickets and so much more. Rotary has partnered with The American Fundraising Foundation (AmFund) to offer international trips with ith a full three-year travel window. Each trip is for two, most includes airfare, deluxe accommodations, no blackout dates, and a travel specialist to book your trip. A portion of all trip proceeds will go to support local charities and nonprofits through grants from the Rotary Club of Winter Park Charitable Foundation. Invest in Rotary Club’s mission, while investing in your next vacation.
The Rotary Club of Winter Park mission is, “Service Above Self.” Funds raised during their annual “Chili for Charity” event go to the club’s charitable foundation and to support over 30 local nonprofits. In 2022 The Foundation distributed more than $100,000 in grants to local charities and non-profits to help them achieve their mission and goals to support underserved children, families and residents.
